Representatives

There is only one representative per Country. Country
Representative represents ION Systems, GalaxyLibrary and its services to
provide a customer service interface to all publishers, retailers or technology
users within the designated country or other defined geographic region. There
is no signing fee but a commitment of marketing dollars and resources must be
made along with management and maintenance of the www.galaxylibrary.(country
abbreviation) website. Country Representatives manage relationships with
other sellers and content owners including the percentage of the Digital
Content Owners wholesale revenues. A sales quota must be maintained to keep
status as a Country Representative.
Value Added
Reseller (VAR)
-
A Value Added Reseller performs additional and
complementary services to their GalaxyLibrary clients such as limited contract
management, direct client management and sales. VARs may negotiate a percentage
of Contract Owners wholesale revenues as well as receive a percentage of their
client’s revenues from ION.
Broker
-
Brokers normally bring publishers to the GalaxyLibrary
system and may mutually agree with the publisher to have the publisher's
commissions payments sent to the Broker for redistribution. Brokers usually
provide content marketing and promotion assistance, while Publishers directly
control the content.

strategy to bring electronic content with accessibility/usability to
communities on a worldwide basis. Incorporated in the strategy is delivery of
local content in multiple languages, formats, and currencies, made available to
a global marketplace. ION Systems has automated the infrastructure and support
systems that will allow designated Country Representatives to manage electronic
content, commission structures, sales organizations and partner relationships
to build a successful business as part of an international team.
