JOB TITLE: C++ Application Developer

• With given requirements be able to code and complete projects efficiently within a given deadline
• Excellent understanding of the C++ programming language
• Ability to effectively implement Object Oriented concepts in C++
• At least 3 year C++ in a commercial environment
• Experience in object oriented design, analysis and software process documentation
• Fundamental understanding of the MS-COM, ATL and MFC architecture
• Working knowledge of at least one relational Database such as DB2, Oracle.
• Familiarity with Java Swing packages and XML parsing.
• Strong work ethics with an emphasis on personal achievement and advancement of group goals

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Experience with the complete software lifecycle
• Experience with HTML
• Advanced Relational Database coding
• Experience with MS Visual C++
• Experience with source protection software
• Experience with bug tracking tools

• Help advance ION Systems by providing superior design and analysis, producing excellent code, and fulfilling a key role of our quickly expanding core development group
• Report regularly to immediate supervisor regarding development progress and any work related issues
• Perform all development at ION premises

JOB TITLE: QA Engineer (Testing and Support)

• Have past professional testing experience
• Help ION build a formal QA process infrastructure
• Write all formal QA system documentation
• Create test cases for IONs entire suite of Products produced currently
• Report and manage the bug tracking system
• Work with part time testers, including coordination and sub task distribution
• Have fundamental understanding and skill of C++ and Java Applications.
• Perform product builds
• Handle technical support via email and telephone
• Have Knowledge of HTML/XML
• Prioritized assigned tasks
• Manage time and deadlines
• Make best use of time upgrading work related skills
• Support team efforts
• Report regularly to immediate supervisor regarding testing progress and any work related issues
• All testing must be done at ION premises

• Perform the product Obfuscation process (Java Apps. only) with the help of development team
